Issues with web pages, apps, and online services might be resolved by following these optional steps:
OPTION 1:
Clear the web browser Cookies
If you remove cookies, you'll be signed out of websites and your saved preferences could be deleted.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
- Click See all cookies and site data Remove all.
- Confirm by clicking Clear all.

OPTION 2:
Restore your browser settings
You can restore your browser settings in Chrome at any time. You might need to do this if the apps or extensions you installed changed your settings without your knowledge. Your saved bookmarks and passwords won't be cleared or changed.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Chromebook, Linux, and Mac: Under "Reset Settings," click Restore settings to their original defaults Reset Settings.

OPTION 3:
Change screen magnification/zoom
To reset the screen Magnify or if the screen is zoomed in:
- To quickly magnify your entire screen, press Ctrl + Search + m. Or press Ctrl + Launcher + m.
- Reset resolution: Press Ctrl + Shift + 0.
- Reset zoom: Press Ctrl + 0.

OPTION 4:
Update your Chromebook's operating system
Check for updates yourself
- Turn on your Chromebook.
- Connect your Chromebook to Wi-Fi.
- At the bottom right, select the time.
- Select Settings .
- At the bottom of the left panel, select About Chrome OS.
- Under "Google Chrome OS," you'll find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
- Select Check for updates.
- If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.

OPTION 5:
See two windows at the same time
- On one of the windows you want to see, click and hold Maximize .
- Drag to the left or right arrow .
- Repeat for a second window.
