Several options are available to access and listen to voicemail messages:


1. Voicemail message attached to an Email

    To receive a voicemail to e-mail only, select the option "Delete messages..." shown below.


2. Retrieve from the GoToConnect app on your smartphone

To receive a voicemail on your smartphone, do not select the option "Delete messages..." shown below.
